Academy FAQ
How many classes do I get Each month?
Students attend their scheduled days every week. Monthly membership tuitions are based on “4 weeks”, this means that if a month has 5 weeks you will get extra days.
What if we miss a class?
Students must make up any missed class within 90 days of the missed class date. To be eligible for a group lesson make-up, a 12-hour notice must be sent to billing@tustintennisacademy.com. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
Any student who plans to miss more than half of their monthly classes due to vacation or personal reasons will be given a credit for the following month at the following rate:
Level I $25/class
Level II $35/class
Level III $45/class
Level IV $50/class
Level V $55/class
Contact the coach directly via text message to cancel your private lesson. A make-up will be given for monthly membership private lessons if canceled 12 hours in advance. Cancelation made after 12 hours is not guaranteed make-up.
Can I pause my membership?
If a student plans to miss more than 75% of their monthly classes they may place their membership on pause for that month.
Payment Policy?
All monthly memberships are due on the first of the month. Your payment type, ACH, or credit card(3% Fee) on file will be charged for the membership you are currently enrolled in, plus any add-on services for that month.
Payments made later than the 5th will be charged a $15 late fee. Set up auto-pay to avoid such fees.
By signing up for one of our memberships, you agree to:
1- Save a payment on file
2- Have that payment automatically charged on the 1st of the month for your selected membership
Membership Cancelation?
If a participant needs to cancel their enrollment at the Tustin Tennis Academy, they must give us a 30-day notice in writing so that we can transition them out smoothly and prepare the spot for another student.
Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the monthly fee.
Is there a dress code?
Uniforms: All students are required to wear an Academy shirt to all practices. May be purchased at Bageled.
Level II and above students are required to adhere to academy-approved tennis attire. What to wear
What if it rains?
If there is rain before class, you will be notified by EMAIL that the class has been canceled. Refunds or credits are not issued due to weather interruptions.
Does the Academy ever take a break?
The academy will be closed for Christmas and New Year's break, December 24-January 1. All memberships will be reduced by 25% for the month of December.
